November Personal Rotation - Wed Nov 3

Hey guys.. tell me what you think.. I've been looking at the rotation and trying to figure out how to get those pyramids in before I leave tomorrow for vacation.

How about this....

HSC today
PLB/PUB bonus combo premix - Friday
Rest - Saturday
40 minute steady state run - Sunday


Think it would do any harm to do the PLB/PUB bonus combo the day after HSC?

Just mho but I think it's fine to do them back to back.....because HSC isn't an intense weight workout, and you can lower the weights if you need to and then up them doing the pyramids.

Becky, I agree. I just finished HSC and, as far as a circuit goes, this one is fairly easy. Of course, I am comparing it to the HCXtreme and the Terminator DVD which are far and above this one in intensity IMO.

I can't believe I'm off work until November 15th. I am still pinching myself. I've worked straight days since last Friday, 7 in a row with OT and I'm pretty well fried.

If I don't get to check in tomorrow, I'll talk to all of you in a little over a week. I have so much to do!!! If DH catches me on the computer, he'll have a heart attack. I haven't even started packing yet!

Hello ladies,

I just finished PUB,MIS tris and bis and then coremax1. Yeah I finally felt good enough to do them. doing those workouts on the different body parts is killer! I am going to write down a different weight routine next week. I like this variety I'm making up.


Jane- I hope you have a great vacation! You deserve it!:) :)

Kali and terri- I have pushed my self to do this workout. thanks for giving me that push! Hell I thought you two were going to beat me up!;-) You two are the greatest!


Tomorrow I will do PS strong legs and abs floorwork twice and repeat inner and outerthighs again.

Today I did PUB, 30 min. treadmill run, Hit the Spot Pilates (10 min.) My upperbody is already sore;)
