Yesterday was an hour power walk, CoreMax #1, and StretchMax #1

Today is HSC.

Yesterday I took a unplanned rest day due to upperbody soreness. So today is Pub,Mis tris and bis with coremax1.

Yesterday was 45 min. of LM and 45min. on the stationary bike (mostly so I could watch Biggest Loser that I had TiVo'ed!;-) )

Today is HSC.

Kim~ still sore? I AM! Everywhere! My hamstrings are sore and I have GS legs and a 45 min. powerwalk today! Thank goodness I'm off again tomorrow! I have work tonight 5:30-11:30 so that is just going to make my DOMS all the worse!;( Have a good workout. And I mean that today. You BETTER do it today!

Becky~ that was probably a really good w/o for your legs splitting it up like that! Plus you got to watch your show!

Judy~do you like spinning? I never tried it. I used to ride the bike at the gym years ago, but never tried a spin class. Try to have fun and enjoy that stretch! A long stretch sounds wonderful!

I slept this morning. With DH working nights, I don't have to get up at 5am. I usually like to be done working out by now, but with working now I think getting a little more sleep if I'm off or working at night is a better idea as long as I can workout after the boys go to school. I felt horrible the other day my body was just so tired. I'm still getting used to it I guess.

HSC is over! That's a good workout but I HATE those hover squats at the end!!!:eek:

Judy, yes I enjoyed Biggest Loser. Was sorry to see Mark go , but he continued to lose weight after he went home and looks AMAZING now!!

It's going to be beautiful here today, so I hope to fit in a walk later. Right now it's off to the showers and my *reward* smoothie!:9 :D

Hello All,

Today is a run and I am also going to do Gymstyle legs. Come on Kali it will be fun :) I did abs from musclemax yesterday and I forgot how much I like it! I also did abs from mis. Between the two my abs felt worked out. No doms from BSB yesterday:(

Good Morning to all the great gals checkin' in today!;)

Today is scheduled as a rest day for my rotation and then I am supposed to work out through Sunday. This poses a problem because I would rather have a rest day on Sunday before I start the November rotation on Monday so I have to mess with the order of the work outs a bit....

The order of the rotation for this week looks like this:

M-step works
T-IMAX
W-power hour
R-OFF
F-pub
S-IMAX
S-Strong Legs and abs

I figure I will do it THIS way:

M-step works
T-IMAX
W-power hour
R-IMAX
F-PUB
S-Strong Legs and abs
S-OFF

Then on Monday I can start November's rotation!:)

Sorry so long, I'm very wordy this morning!:p

Hi All! It is a rainy Thursday here... Between the rain and still being dark out - makes it hard to get going.

Phyllis - I enjoy the slam-its in Low Max too... dada da... :)

Becky - Last night was the first time in a long while that I had done High Step Challenge - thought we were done - then..... HOVERS!!! ugh!! hehe.... It is such a good workout though - I should have been doing it all along.

The transformation of both Pete and Mark on BL has been amazing. I wonder if they set them up with trainers during that period as well so they can help them get those results. I was sorry to see both of them gone.

Tonight I am going to do a 40 Min Turbo Jam instead of the interval run on the rotation. I will probably also do the 20 min TJ abs afterwards. It's time to ppaaarrrttty!! :)

I everybody, I got Mega Step Blast in the mail a few days ago. I thought because it was mostly up and down step it would be easy. So I did it on a 8 inch step instead of 6 which I normally do. BIG MISTAKE! I was out of breath in no time flat and had to drop down to a 6 inch step. Then after about 30 minutes I had to stop and put in another less challenging cardio. LOL! So I did another 20 minutes of the Firms cardio. I felt good after the workout though, so I'm happy with it. I missed Biggest Loser this week and am so mad about it. But thanks guys for filling me in on who went home. Are they still teamed up girls and guys or did that change this week. Alright everybody, gotta get my kindergartener off to school.

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did GS BSB plus the abs from KPC, and I hope to run later. It is very windy here in Denver so I may end up doing cardio at the rec ctr instead.

Hi again, my workout is done.I have done HSC, TJ 20 minutes workout and the core segment of quick fix cardio quick. Later I will use my stationar bike. I think I will substitute the 30 minutes of interval run with Plyo P90X.

I'm sorry if I ruined Biggest Loser for you!!! :eek:

I'm glad y ou said that about Mega Step Blast because I just got it last week and haven't tried it yet, but thought it would probably be a good workout for an EASY day! I'm glad to know thats not the case and now I can't wait to try it out!!!
