Not sure what to do about Pre-Sale!

I was thinking that I only wanted Intensity and STS total body. I dont typically like High rep workouts. They get really boring and repetitive to me, but this one sounds kinda cool because the music sounds pretty neat. I dont know what to do! What is your reasoning behind purchasing this DVD? Are high rep workouts better than heavier lower rep workouts? Thanks for you input!
 
I am purchasing the DVD for two reasons: 1) Cathe's workouts never disappoint me, so I buy everything she produces! :p; and 2) variety, because I like alternating between high weight/low rep rotations, total body rotations, and high rep rotations. For example, last month I did 4 weeks of cardio + Jari Love videos. This month I am doing Cathe's August rotation. In September I am starting the STS rotation for the third time (might do the undulating rotation, but not sure yet). I don't know that I would say that high reps are "better" than low reps (or visa versa), as I like them both and I feel I get the best strength results by continually changing my strength training approach. Even STS incorporates both types of training to some extent because you are doing more reps with lower weights during Mesos 1 and 2.

Sort of rambling here. I'm curious to know what you decide.
 
I agree with Lisa as well. I think it will offer variety and allow you to mix things up so your muscles don't get used to one format. I ordered all 4 DVD's because I have alot to work up to any way as far as strength and endurance that it gives me more to work with.

I think you will be alright if you wanted to get all 4 abd it sounds like the music is going to be awesome too, always a plus.
 
I am super excited for High Reps. I will lift heavier weights because I know I should and to change things up but the majority of my training leans towards endurance because it gives me muscle definition which is more a goal for me then size or strength. :)
 
I don't think I have any very high rep dvds, so for me, it will be something new, the only one I will not get is lower body, I don't like lower only workouts, the only ones I will do are from STS because it is part of the program.
