Even though I am new to Cathe, I've been doing workouts for a while (if you knew what I used to do, you'd be so glad that I changed to Cathe:7 ) But I am pretty new to weights, a lot of times I can't finish a Cathe workout because my muscle isn't strong enough. That's so frustrating!
I just received my Intensity Series yesterday, and I was so excited and did Boot Camp this morning. My heart was pumping hard, I was having a good time, sweating and all. Then through the half of the workout, I couldn't finish some cardio set because my calves and quads were sore, and I couldn't do core exercise because my shoulders and arms were killing me and they couldn't support my body when I was doing planks x( I felt like I could still run a mile and my heart would still be fine if it wasn't because of my legs! Or, I could still do 100 oblique twists if it wasn't my stupid arms
AHAAAAAhhh!!! So frustrated! ...I know it takes time to achieve my goal.. I am so impatient
