Not in great shape, but getting there-March 6th

Hi everyone!

How is everybody doing? I'm tired and I still have to do 4DS chest and back. It's 9:30, but I'm going to make myself do it anyway. Earlier I did 4DS legs and coremax abs, but then I didn't have time to do chest and back. I totally blew my diet today. We had a small birthday party for my aunt and I had cake, pizza and coke. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day!

It's good to hear from you! Sounds like you've been doing great with your workouts. Happy Birthday to your youngest! My son is going to be 2 on the 15th and we're having a party at a pizza place too. I guess I won't be sticking to my diet that day either. I'm jealous of the weather you're having. Where do you live again? It's still cold here in Utah. We got 2 feet of snow yesterday. Thanks for asking about my foot. I bought another pair of shoes. They're new balance shoes that I used to buy and shouldn't have quit buying. I've only worn them for 3 days, but my foot has been feeling better while I'm at work (I'm on my feet alot at work), so I think my foot will start to get better. I can't wait to be able to do high impact stuff again.

Well I'm off to go workout and then it's off to bed.

Amy - I feel so sad for you with all that snow!! It's actually a beautiful day here in Ohio. Sunny and and 50. Can't ask for too much more than that in early March around here. It will probably be cold and gray again in a few days. I am really starting to itch for warmer weather...I want to break out my bicycle!! Glad to hear that your foot is feeling better!

Liberty - Nice to hear from you, I ditto Amy; It sounds like your workouts are going well and Happy b-day to your son.

I had a rough end to my week. I tweaked my knee walking up the stairs at work and it's been hurting since then. I've had to dramatically change my workout plans and I am not sure how to proceed. The pain has definitely subsided but I don't know what caused and how to avoid it happening again. I am also trying not to be super frustrated that the scale is headed in the wrong direction despite sticking to my diet and getting in tons of exercise. I know this is part of the process but it STINKS!!!

Ok, the day is getting away from me so I need to go do something productive. I'll check in with you all later. Have a great Sunday!
 
Amy, I live in MO. it's unusually warm for this time of year, but I"M LOVING IT!! My ex is finally bringing me my elliptical -typical, nice weather and he brings what I need in the winter! LOL

I'm going to be moving hopefully this summer -about an hour away. A better college, and more job opportunities.

Still dating the one guy I told you about. It's working out really well. A LOT better than I had expected. He's really sweet. Sends me a poem every day. Is great with my children, and they really like him. Hadn't really planned on him meeting them for some time, but met him through my church, so they already knew him.

As for my divorce, he's signed the papers, just waiting for the court date so judge will approve and finalize it. YAY!!

We are having great weather in Maryland, too. It hit 60 degrees yesterday and I think we are heading there today too.
Liberty, glad to hear things are working out with the new guy! It's exciting to be starting a new relationship--especially since he is so good with your kids. Hope things continue to go well for you.

I was doing great with my workouts, but then got another migraine yesterday. I started doing my new cardio fusion download (which I love!) but I had to quit for the sake of my head. I woke up with it today, too. Urrrgh! I'm going to see a doctor about these because they tend to make me unproductive a couple of days a month and it's driving me crazy!

I leave for a conference tomorrow and then I'm having a party at my house Saturday night, so it's not going to be a good workout week for me...oh well. Next week is spring break so I'll get back on my game then.

Sorry about your migraine Lori, that's an awful thing to have to deal with.

We had nice weather yesterday, it was 55 degrees and we went to the park. My son had a blast, it's been so long since he's been to the park.

I've had a terrible last couple of days, workout and eating wise. Sunday I did 4DS shoulders and then did part of KPC, but was interrupted by my son who would not take a nap that day and wouldn't let me workout and when he finally went to bed I was too tired to workout. Yesterday I was gone all day and didn't want to work out again after my son went to bed. It's hard to workout sometimes. I try to do it while he takes a nap, but when we're gone all day he sleeps in the car and not at home. I also ate too much Sat, Sun and Mon. Today I'm going to work out for sure while my son takes a nap. I'm going to do MMA boxing and then I have to do legs, bi's and tri's. I'm trying to cram in everything I didn't do the last couple of days before I go back to work.

Well Conner is calling me, gotta go!
 
Ugh, I'm sick! And of course it's in my lungs, so I don't know what I'll be doing workout wise this week. I'll at least do upper body weights, but I don't know about legs and cardio. Everytime I get into a great workout routine I get sick. I hate that.

How is everyone else doing?

Tomorrow is my son's birthday party, he'll be two on Monday, so I'm going to be busy, but if someone else wants to start the new check-in go for it. Otherwise I'll do it Saturday night or Sunday.

Checking in now, as on my way out of town.
Have been trying to keep up the cardio, and get some weight lifting in. Did really well on the weight lifting yesterday.
Also got Gym style, chest and tri's when it was on sale on the downloads, and then got the back, shoulders and bi's yesterday (thanks Cathe for the discounts!) so all set to do that for a bit, with a little kick boxing and Butt's and Guts, should be ready for summer!!

By the way, I love GS chest and tri's. The chest workout seems a little long winded to me, but the tricep workout is my favorite workout for triceps.

How was the party??

I cannot believe how sore my tri's are! WOW! And I have strong tri's.
I set up a rotation called Summer Ready, check it out and let me know what you think. There are 3 months worth. Set it up as intermediate, but thinking it's more advanced
