I opened my push&pull dvd and timesaver was in there.They put the wrong dvd in there.I do not have push&pull dvd.I'm so upset.I e-mailed customer service.Has this happened to anyone else?

As I recall, there was some mix up of some of the DVD's when that series was released. Customer service will take care of it. What a bummer. You must be very disappointed but hang in there. It can be fixed!

I know it is frustrating but they will take care of it quickly. I recieved S&H instead of Power Hour dvd when dh ordered for me. I already had S&H. They were really quick to fix the problem. Over all of the years I have been doing Cathe that is the only time that there was a mixup.
