Hi Cathe--I just wanted to say welcome back. I joined your forum for the 1st. time just before you had Eric, so I did get a bit of your responses back to everyone. I guess I just want to say how WONDERFUL it has been to be here and how educated your fans are. Even when you were gone and taking care of that little pumpkin, they all took over and have just helped everyone tremendously. I have totally become addicted to your tapes from all the great comments & motivational tips I have learned here. THANK YOU for proving such a caring & sharing spot for us "friend-in-fitness" all to come and for all you are and do!!
