Non-step cardio videos?

Hi, could anyone recommend any Cathe cardio videos that do not involve step. I don't mind the step warm up in MIS, but haven't got on very well with actual step workouts. What is Cardio Kicks like? Are there any others that don't include step?

I have enough room to get around my reebok step I can't do the double grapevines that Cathe does due to lack of room.

Cardio kicks is great I love it there is a slide move which might be a bit tricky I have to watch how wide my feet go because of lack of room. I go for height I am only 5ft, its a real good tough workout you'll love it.

I haven't done any kick box. Does it really get your heart rate up? It sounds low impact, and there's obviously no step, so just wondering how Cathe makes it intense.

Kickboxing is very intense. Cardio Kicks is one of my favorite videos. It's not complex but it is tough. Believe me, it does get your heart rate up. MIC does have the first section of hi low that doesn't use a step. It's not a favorite of mine but it's intense. I like the step portion of that one much more. I've actually done some of Cathe's step tapes without a step before, didn't have access to mine(vacations) and still got a great workout.

I also find kickboxing to be very intense, whether it be high or low impact. Cathe's Cardio Kicks is higher impact because she does a lot of shuffling, jack, slides, skips, jumprope etc. which really help keep that heartrate up there! However, there are not as many kicks in CK as there are in a lot of other kickbox videos I've done. If you go with a kickbox video that has less impact, be sure that you are getting sufficient kicking drills as they use the larger leg muscles and get your heartrate up without a lot of hopping around. For example, I just got the Powerstrike video Millenium II (and I can still feel it in my arms ;-)) and the impact is very low but they keep you using your large muscle groups with punches, kicks and squats.
