Caffeine reduction is going very well Kim. I had a dip Monday afternoon after cutting down to 1/4 - 3/4 but no problem Tuesday. Since tracking my fat, protein, carbs on fitday, I believe the problem Monday was that I was too protein-heavy on breakfast that day, I do better when my carbs are higher than my protein (just the way my body works). I have had no ill effects whatsoever this week. I think I'll try going straight decaf Monday morning.
