Well ladies how is everyone doing? I hope that those who have been struggling are hanging in there. It's one day at a time.

No salty snaks-check
No Sweets-Check

yay I am doing good. I think that is two days in a row!

TTOTM is due tomorrow and I have not had a craving OR a single sweet in over a week except for the frozen yogurt last Saturday. But I'm told that's ok.

Having you guys to checkin with has made such a difference for me. This is an awesome forum. I'm sitting here w/ tears in my eyes. Now I know IT'S coming soon. I can cry or be ready to scratch someone's eyes out at the drop of a hat right before I get it!;( x( :) :( :7 ;( x( :) :7 x( LOL

Hang in there everyone! Remember it is SOOOOOOO worth it!

It is worth it isn't it Kali. I will be interested to see how zigzagging helps with my PMS time. I was so calorie restricted before, this may have contributed to it. I'll let y'all know.

No salty snacks - check - do you know those Tostitos are still here... I did buy DH two bags. I have not touched them yet. YAY!!! for me!!!

No sweets - check. I am allowing myself one treat a week but haven't had one since July 4th. Don't have the urge. I'm not going to eat one just because I said I could have it. I am going to save it until I really really want it.

waterintake- lets not talk about!
sugar intake- had some MMs yesterday. Haven't eaten them in a long time. AT those cause I was starving before supper.

I have a positive outlook today. I know my husband is going to McDonalds and what is the best thing to eat for bkf there?

terri- you go girl with doing so good the past three days. Keep it up!

kali- my head spins around at least 2 times TTOM. And I boohoo big time.

Jane- you are doing great girl! And how is your caffeing going?


Everyone is doing a great job and I can't wait for the day I can check all of the catagories.

Caffeine reduction is going very well Kim. I had a dip Monday afternoon after cutting down to 1/4 - 3/4 but no problem Tuesday. Since tracking my fat, protein, carbs on fitday, I believe the problem Monday was that I was too protein-heavy on breakfast that day, I do better when my carbs are higher than my protein (just the way my body works). I have had no ill effects whatsoever this week. I think I'll try going straight decaf Monday morning.

Hotcakes or an egg McMuffin minus the Canadian bacon for me. I haven't eaten at Mickey D's in so long! It's not quite 7:00 so all I can report is coffee but there's water in it. Yesterday was really good for eating, all lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, easy on the salt, nothing sweet and plenty of green tea and water. My husband has now taken to rummaging through the chocolate drawer every night but alas, there's none to be found. I have no plans to restock. What's up with that? :)

Good evening everybody! Oh I did well today. At least better than most of the days of this week. I'm doing awesome with the water, doing better with the salt, but struggling with the sugar. I try to have 50g of sugar or less a day but sometimes it's very hard. By the way, my reward for the June challenge was Core Max. I got it at the beginning of the week, previewed it and did the first segment. I love that DVD! I'm thinking my July reward is going to be a new pair of jeans (in a smaller size wahoo! seriously though I need new pants :7 ). We better make this check in permanent!

Hi Everyone,

This was not one of my better days. I had a small bowl of popcorn and 4 little choc chip cookies. This is my cheat day but I try to stay away from the chocolate, I am an addict after all. I also only got in about 80 oz of water, pretty shy of the 128 oz I am supposed to be drinking. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
