Hello Ladies. I haven't checked in for a few days. I am glad everyone is doing well. I am still enjoying the challenge as it definitely helps me keep things reasonable.
I started my morning with a part of Cardio Fusion. However, I made homemade waffles and sausage for breakfast. Gotta eat good before heading out to church :9 . I had turkey and roastbeef on whole wheat and an orange for lunch. Haven't decided on dinner yet.
I see that you all have been talking about rotations and ways to modify your program the last few days. I haven't tried a rotation before. I guess I need to mix things up a little and focus on how to change my workout program. I usually just do step one day and did a weight tape (upper body) the next.
At the end of the 2nd month of this challenge, my weight averages about 141 which is the same as it was the end of Jan. That is where I like my weight. I am 5 ft. 7 and wear a size 6. When I keep my weight range between 140 - 142, I feel good. My goal is to continue to maintain this weight and keep the tummy down my limiting the junk food. Before I started the challenge on Jan. 1st, I had gained and weighing around 147.5 and my 6's were getting tight.
I know we are calling this a no sweets challenge, but it is evident that we all are minimizing our sweets in addition to cleaning up our overall diet by limiting junk food and getting in more veggies and fruits.
Let's continue to support each other as we focus on our goals for the month of March. Have a great week ladies!
