Well, did good yesterday. Ate at Outback and had a salad and a glass of pinot noir. No dessert. Today ate at Olive Garden and resisted my favorite dessert-tiramisu :9 I did have some brushetta though. I also had a praline when I got home. DH just made a batch :9 I only had one- so far }( I will try really hard to resist more.

I did heavy legs this morning. I really need some cardio this evening after all that bread. But can not get motivated!!

Hello everybody. I've cheated a lot on my diet these past few days. **Hangs head in shame** I blame it on hormones and stress x( . Today I did some weight lifting for my back and biceps followed with some abs. It was a mix of PS: BBA and additional exercises for my back and biceps. By the time I was done I had to lower my weights a lot for my last bicep exercises because I was working my muscles to failure. I am very close to my weight goal but it's taking me forever to get there so I've been changing my focus to muscle definition and less on fat loss which means I'm doing more weights and less cardio (although my cardio sessions are longer and intense; I just do them several times per week instead of almost every day). It seems like it's working so far. It also helps me to get ready for STS which is not a bad thing.

Catherine - Outback followed by Olive Garden yum! lol! I think it's really hard to find healthy choices when I go to those places and I normally drink water instead of juice or soda and I skip dessert. That's my strategy.
