Good Morning!
How is everyone? I finally got back on track yesterday but felt awful all day. I felt bloated and stuffed the whole day so it was kind of hard to stay on track b/c I felt like I had eaten a lot and blowen the day, when in reality I stuck to my meal plan. I think I felt like this b/c my eating the past few days had been all over the place.
Todays workout is a long run and I plan on eating good the whole day. I think I have the motivation to keep going now that I made it through one day. Not stepping on the scale though until Tues...maybe
Here was yesterdays meals:
B-All bran bites,banana,lf yogurt
L-WW wrap, 1 egg,2 egg whites
S-Protein bar
D-Chicken breast,salad,small peice of garlic bread and tiny,tiny peice of pie.
