Morning Ladies,

Where did everyone go? So how is everyone doing? Personally I am still doing great! No sugar for me! Today is suppose to be my cheat day, but I am too afraid that if I go ahead and have a treat it will just set me right back to where I was and I'll start eating all the time again. So I'll have to see how the day goes.

I finished up my heavy lifting rotation last week, so this week I am just playing around a bit so I did Bootcamp. My chest was feeling tight on the intervals so I am thinking I may be getting my kids virus. Ugh!

Still getting a little discouraged because I am not really seeing any physical changes! WTH?

Have a great day!

Linda

T-minus 46 day and counting....

Wow, where is everyone?

Catherine, HnR was my abbr. for hit n' run. Goofy, I know. :)

Linda, I sure hope that you aren't getting sick. I hope that you can find some time to rest so that it doesn't take you out completely.

I had a cheat day yesterday, but I used it on a few handfuls Wild Oats's healthier (is there such a thing? well, it didn't have chemicals, at least) version of Cheetos. Not much of a cheat - kind of boring, actually, but I didn't want anything else. Today I am doing a short 2 mile run and Jari Love's RTTC.

Talk to you later!

Missy

Hey Ladies!

I have to say, I have a real problem keeping my eating clean on weekends. There is so much temptation around! I was at a birthday party and had a piece of carrot cake (not to mention ribs and chicken wings but I only had one of each). Why can't I control myself? x(

Linda - I totally understand what you mean about not seeing results right away. I think that's why I tend to break down on weekends because I haven't had visible results during a week of being good. I know that we have to be patient but it can be so frustrating sometimes. I hope that virus doesn't catch up with you.

Missy - I say if you're going to cheat, then REALLY cheat and enjoy it, otherwise it's just not worth it :) How often do you do Jari's workouts? I have hers RTTC, Ripped 1000 and Ripped and Chiseled. I really like her and must say she is the one that initially got me into lifting weights. Before that I was definitely a cardio junkie. Oh and that adorable dog is my basset hound Sally! She is very spoiled!

Yesterday was a good workout day, I did 4DS upper body premix for the first time(Catherine you were right, that IS a good one! OUCH!)and Intervals 1-5 from Imax 3. I haven't decided on today's workout yet. I think I might have to do up a rotation to keep myself on track!

Have a great day everyone! Hopefully we will see the rest of you here later today

Oh and no sugar so far today and I'm planning to keep it that way :7

Maggie

Hey Ladies,

I am sad to say that I think I am doom to get sick. I still feel tight in the chest and throat and now I am starting to feel dizzy! No! No ! No!

Maggie - thanks for the encouragement. I keep reading all these post from all these ladies saying they've dropped 4 pounds in a week after cleaning up their eating, and me nothing! And it's not like I am compensating with other food and getting too many calories, because I've stopped that too! I am glad I am not alone, maybe this will be my week! I really should track my food for a few days, but I just don't have the time! x(

Linda

What a workout! My run (steady, no intervals) averaged 6.7 on 3%. I only ran for about 20 minutes, but I feel good!

Mag, I just started doing total body workouts again last week after almost three months of yoga. I used to do RTTC at least once a week because I just love it! It is my favorite total body w/o. The only other Jari I have that I like is S&L, but I don't do it that often because I don't like it as much as some others I have. How do you like R&C?

Linda, don't feel discouraged. If it is any consolation, from what I can see of you in your avatar you look awesome! I hope that you feel better soon and get through the sickness quickly.

Missy

Missy, R&C is probably the hardest one in the series and I really enjoy it. The focus is more on the upper body which really works for me since I don't like working legs. I haven't done it in a while so will have to give it a go again soon

Hi ladies. I'm here! Well I have been a little busy lately trying to start a new job and all that so I haven't had a lot of time to check in. Today I did a little bit of kickboxing and the blasts from LM with my med ball. Pretty tough cardio workout I have to say. Ugh I had half a serving of ice cream (1/4 cup lol) so I cheated I guess. I will do better tomorrow. I can't believe Easter is right around the corner. Wow!
