No Sweets Challenge--Feb 4 - 10

I can't follow rotations easily either. I usually set a time frame (2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.) for a certain weight training series, like PS that I've been doing lately, and then I vary my cardio. I also practice yoga and there is not a day I set to do yoga per se. In fact I went to yoga yesterday and today my DOMS was strong enough for me to take an unexpected rest day. Of course I think that washing my car and doing house cleaning should count as cardio because I broke out a sweat doing those today.

My diet was surprisingly clean as I had an early cheat day yesterday and I didn't care about sweets today. I also noticed that when I don't eat sweets my appetite is under control and I'm not starving 90 mins after a meal. Glicemic index perhaps?

Tomorrow is my weigh-in and honestly I don't plan on losing weight because I haven't been exercising as I normally do, but I'm hoping I maintain the pounds I've lost since we started the challenge.

Week number 7 here we go!!!! Work work!
