~*~*~*NO SWEETS April 4*~*~*~

Good morning ladies! Today is legs and cardio... probably will be starting out w/ S&L legsx2 and then doing the last 5 intervals of Imax3, tacking on ME abs, my favorite ab routine. I haven't done an Imax in a while, so this should be interesting!

Morning and Happy Friday!:)

Yesterday I did MM, I forgot how good that workout is and that ab section really gets in there! I'm still on track with no sweets this month but the weekend will be the test, I hope I can continue resisting.

Missy, yes Dan Brown…. DaVinci Code, it's a good book but personally I thought Angels and Demons by him was better. They are making a movie based on this book as well so I'm hoping it will be just as good. A though chick who can kick some serious booty? I can definitely see that about you! Good luck with Imax 3 today, that one is tough! I really enjoy Imax 2 and will probably do it this weekend but 3 just doesn’t have the same fun factor.

Hey Gals,

No time for personnals just wanted to stop in and report my workout. Eating as been good today as well.

Todays workout was a doozie..even for me! I ran really fast on my runs b/c I didn't know how long my cardio was going to be cause i didn't know how long DS was going to nap. Low and behold, he napped the whole time!
I did GS&PUB tris,BC Core 2x's and BC adding on 5 mins runs before the cardio and cutting out the ab work b/c I already did that. I went heavy with the leg work, using 45 bb and 25 lbs db's, I even used ankle weights for the kickboxing parts. And my runs were a mixture of speeds from 6 MPH to 8.4 MPR and incline of 1%-5%. The runs were only .50 of a mile each time, so you can basically do anything for 4-5 mins right!?;)

Hi ladies,

My first class trip with DS today, just got back.
The really crazy thing about the photo shoot is it will be done in workout clothes such as a sports bra and shorts. I am not hiding anything so I better be in shape! On the positive side my eating is still good, no sweets of any kind. Lucky for me right after this month is my birthday, so if I make it through April I can have a big old treat on my birthday!

Anyway, this morning was supersets done in two sets of 15 with a 2 minute rest.

Chest/Back
Decline Flyes
15/15 - 31's
Underhand Barbell Rows
15/15 - 77# ***this was suppose to be 75#, but I had wrist weights on from the flyes and did feel like taking them off***

Legs/Shoulder
Leg Extensions
15/15 - 67 1/2 ***I don't know why these are so hard for me, I am starting to think it's my bench it's too big and I can sit properly***
Lateral Raise
15/15 - 16's

Triceps/Calves
Skull Crushers
15/15 - 48#
Barbell Calf Raises
25/25 - 115#

Then added some ab work. Also, feel like I am getting sick, feel it in my throat and my chest!

Happy Friday ladies! I don't know if you've noticed, but I've been MIA for the whole week. I started a new job on Monday and boy oh boy I have a lot of things to learn and do. I haven't been able to exercise since Sunday and today I'm so tired that I'm definitely not going to exercise, but I'm going to on Saturday and Sunday. I'm just getting used to a new schedule and I'm not sleeping like I normally do, but things will be better pretty soon. There's also a gym in my new job and I'm already starting a group so we can go to exercise those days when we have overtime due to closings and things like that. I've had two cheat days this week, but I've been counting my calories as usual so it's not that bad.
