No Sweets 1/14/06

I agree, what a workout Rose. This no sweet thing is definitely a challenge, but I do enjoy the benefits of it. My tummy always look nicer when I do this. I did a couple of years ago for 45 days and then limited my junk for a few months after that and saw great changes in my stomach and thighs. I ask myself "why did I start back eating junk?"

Last day of the week, how are you doing?

For the most part my diet was clean, but I had a taste of strawberry ice cream and some trail mix (not even half a serving of either, like I said just a taste and it didn't taste as yummy as before). Today was a yoga day because I have some DOMS from yesterday's killer workout. :) Mish moshes always help me extend my rotations. I think I'm going to do my PS rotation for 6 weeks instead of 4.

Tomorrow we start a new week, is this challenge for a month only? Hopefully not. Take care.

I am truly enjoying the challenge. I am up for continuing the challenge. However, I would most likely include some cheat days for myself. I love junk food. The probably is when I start by eating---I usually end up just going back to bad habits of snacking on chips, cookie and ice cream. A great challenge for me would be learning to have 1 or 2 SMALL cheats a week. If I can learn to do that, it would be great. This would help me keep the thighs and tummy in tack.
