No more heavy leg work for me....duh!

Very interesting! I have Leaner Legs on tap for this morning and might just go lighter than normal and start adding in more circuits! But I am really starting to get good results with my heavy upper body! :confused: What to do? Can I still do circuits while lifting heavy on upper body? Anyone?

I am new to this forum myself. I related to a lot of what you said in your post. I too used to do Firm tapes back to back with a maximum of 10 to 12 lb dumbells with success.

I'm curious which Firm tapes you use? I have several of them myself that I would like to work into a rotation with Cathe tapes.

Good luck. I found that I can't do heavy leg work either!

I have done the last month, circuit workouts and cardio workouts and noticed that my lower body has really slimmed down. Weights are not heavier than 10 pounds on the lower body. My exception is dead lifts. I have used a combination of Cathe, Kelly Coffey, Kimberly Spreen and Amy Bento. I look and feel so much better!
