No Cathe LIVE Thursday July 18, 2024

Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, I have a bit of disappointing news for this Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 9:30am EST. Unfortunately, I am feeling under the weather and have to cancel class. I was hoping to push through and hold Live regardless, but with the roadtrip coming up next week I need to ensure that I take the necessary time to heal and be back to 100%. I hope you all understand.

Please also remember that the week of the road trip (next week) our Cathe Live broadcast will not be held on Thursday at 9:30. Instead, we will be hosting live on Saturday, July 27th at 8:45am est so that all of you can enjoy a bit of the energy and excitement of the 2024 Glassboro Roadtrip.


Thank you everyone for your understanding and know that I’m excited to broadcast LIVE next week and share some energy with all the Cathletes in the house. See you then!
