You probably need some kind of squat stands/squat rack, too. I suppose a weighted vest would be OK, too. To challenge yourself in her program with squats, I'm pretty sure you have to squat a weight you can't comfortably lift overhead. Just my experience.Nia uses a barbell, pull-up bar, and a suspension trainer, (jungle gym) not a must have, however I use mine with almost every workout. A weighted vest is usefull as well. I use it to add weight to push-ups, and at some point possibly pull-ups. (ok, maybe not)
