Hi Exercise Fanatics!

I wasn't sure if this forum was the right one for my question...but here it goes. Last year throughout October I bought Cathe's step, which includeds the basic step/cardio & weights video. I think I am ready to start buying additional Cathe videos, but I still want to focus on step-cardio.

Which are my best options? Which would be the best video(s) to buy next? I don't mind doing weights, since I have noticed that with the only Cathe video I currently have has helped me tone.

Thanks for any adivice.:)

Low Impact Step might be good (it's all step, not weights). Low Max is a really good interval workout (theres no weights in it either.)

High Step Circuit - circuit training (cardio with weight segments)
Low Max for step cardio (interval workout)

Also, Cross Train Xpress would give you a nice mix workouts.

OMG I love Cathe workouts :) My Favorite DVds are:

- Cardio & Weights and IMAX 2
- Step Blast and Step Jump & Pump
- Body Max 2
- Body Blast Series Time Saver
- Legs and Glutes

I don't really love Lo Max.... It's my least favorite... I found it a bit boring :(
Let us know what you decide. Don't foget you can always preview the DVDs.

Thanks for your advice. I know for sure I am going to order 2 videos....can't really afford to get more at the time.

Besides boring, what did you not enjoy about Lo Max?

Thanks for your input!:)

Hello :)

Well.... The music wasn't that great (IMO) and even though is low impact for some reason it bothers my knees a bit.... that's just matter of taste really... don't get me wrong, I still do it from time to time, exercise wise it's a great workout... but I don't have it in my SUPER fun list like Cardio & weights, Step Blast, Step Jump & Pump, Body Max 2, and the Time savers, The terminator, Legs&Glutes....

Did you see the clips yet? they always help me making desicions...I'm sure you are going to end up buying a bunch of Cathe's DVDs. I started my Cathe madness about 3 months and I already own about 13 DVDs hahahaha.....

I was watching the clips and they sure are motivating me to buy more than two DVD's. :D

Thanks for your advice...it sure has helped! :7
