Next Rotation - Maybe

I will be finishing up Debbie's June rotation on Sat and want to focus on my lower body for July. I have come up with a leg/upper body circuit rotations. All suggestions and comments are greatly appreicated since this is my first attempt.

Lower Body/Upper Body Circuits
Week 1

Mon - STS Legs Disc 3
Tues - Drill Max Premix Cardio & Upper Body & Abs
Wed - STS Legs Disc 14
Thurs - LIC Premix Upper Body Circuit & Abs
Fri - STS Legs Disc 26
Sat - 5 mile run

Week 2

Mon - STS Legs Disc 6
Tues – 4DS Boot Camp Circuit Upper Body & Abs
Wed - STS Legs Disc 17
Thurs – HST – Cardio & Upper Body & Abs
Fri - STS Legs Disc 29
Sat - 6 mile run

Week 3

Mon – STS Legs Disc 9
Tues - LIC Premix Upper Body Circuit & Abs
Wed – STS Legs Disc 20
Thurs - Drill Max Premix Cardio & Upper Body & Abs
Fri - STS Legs Disc 32
Sat – 7 Mile run

Week 4

Mon – STS Legs Disc 12
Tues - HST – Cardio & Upper Body & Abs
Wed – STS Legs Disc 23
Thurs - 4DS Boot Camp Circuit Upper Body & Abs
Fri – STS Legs Disc 35
Sat – 8 mile run
 
I don't think my butt would survive that! Good luck! :) At first I thought it sounded like a great idea, but that's definitely too much lower body for me (but I'm 47 and really starting to feel things).
