I am 5'2" and weigh approximately 128 pounds and I have a small body frame with a LOT of body fat. I have approximately 30% body fat at the current time. I would like to get back to my pre-hysterectomy size of a size 2 and weighing approximately 102-104. I have not worked out a lot during the past year, but I was recently introduced to your dvds and I am really interested in the B&G, Drill Max, Body Max2, low impact circuit and the GS series. On an average, for someone my height and weight, how many calories should I expect to burn per hour? Actually, which dvds would be best for me to achieve my goal? Also, I need to purchase the barbell set. What is a good standard weight set to start off with? I was recently checking them out on the web and realized I didn't even know what pkg I needed to go with. Thanks so much!
