Newbie, Just ordered 12 Pack DVDS--have ???'s

Hi everyone I'm so glad this place exsists!

I just ordered the 12 pack Bundle from a cute little catalog Cathe sent me around Christmas time.I chose it because It included most of her strength workouts.

CATHE- I have a question you have probably seen a 1,000+
times. 4-give me :) I need to try and get in real
good shape in about 6-7 weeks. I'm a mesomorph and
have been there before so I will get the muscle
memory benefit.Can you PLEASE tell me what you
think will work best for me as far as a rotation?
My lower body is my biggest problem area and I like
to hit it 3x's week.I have a size 2-4 upper body
with a size 8 lowerbody. I'm not afraid to lift
heavy (which is why I chose to invest in your
dvd's). I hate all the hype about lifting no weight
with your lower body if your pear.Please tell me
you agree.

I am not Cathe, but I just wanted to tell you that I am a pear and I ordered the 12 pack in January. I lift fairly heavy for lower body (35 lb barbell) and I do the PS series once a week and MIS once a week and have gone from a size 12 to an 8. This is so great for me. My lower body was always my biggest problem, but Cathe said "Don't be afraid to train heavy," and I believed her. I am so glad I did. You won't be disappointed with your new DVDs - they are awesome! I will wait for Cathe to post a rotation, but if you ever want any ideas - please email me! Have fun!
