Hello everyone :)

I am newbie and just recently purchased the following DVDs and tapes.
I would appreciate if someone can suggest a rotation for me. I am getting married on 02/06 and I have 3.5 months to look lean and tone. My goal is to increase muscle definition.I have been runnning for a year and will be doing a half marathon this Sunday, thus I have neglected the weight training part.

I have the following tapes/DVD's:

CTX DVD
Power Hour+MIS, Body Max DVD
Slow & Heavy DVD
Intensity Video Tapes

Thanks guys!

How many days will you be running per week and how long each day do you have to workout? A good rotation is the infamous "Tank Top Rotation" which in a nutshell has you working shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, and chest and back twice per week. You can find the rotation in the archives I'm sure and modify it to fit your tapes.

Congrats, and don't stress eat, it'll ruin all your hard work!!

Hi Stacy,

I did checked the "Tank Top Rotation" and I liked it that I will start tomorrow. I just completed the Toronto Half Marathon earlier and now it is time to concentrate on weight training.

I will have to taper down my running to 2-3x a week before I was running 4-5x a week. Training is over but will still continue to run for cardio purposes.

Thanks again!

:)
