Hi All !!!!!! I am new to these workouts and am wondering which DVD's would be the best to order as a newbie? I already do a treadmill and also do pilates routine.... but I am interested in getting into the step and weights area. I saw Cathe on Fit TV and LOVE her overall tone and definition. So, where o where do I start????

Thanks :)

Check the video rotations forum. There is a 3 month beginner rotation.

I would also recommend high step circuit and low impact step in addition to the dvds on the rotation.

Greetings, Bellajake96.

A good place to start is with Cathe's beginner/intermediate workouts:
High Step Circuit (you don't need a high step to do this; just use a regular club step--the best step to get-- and turn in lengthwise, using the narrow end like the high step) combines weight work and athletic cardio segments.

Basic Step + Body Fusion contains several workouts: Basic Step (if you buy a Step co step, this may come with it), Body Fusion (a step and weights circuit workout), Abdominals, Upper Body Sculpt, Lower Body Sculpt.

These two DVD's should keep you busy for a while!

ETA: You can buy the club step plus the Basic Step + Body Fusion DVD for $99 here: http://www.shopcathe.com/category_s/25.htm
You also may be able to find the step + DVD package in stores.
