New Year's Resolutions?

RE: Okay, here goes

My resolution is to organize my life and be more consistent. That involves a lot more than it sounds!
Also to stop late night pigging out! I could probably lose 10 lbs. from that alone.
Lastly, to add more yoga to my workout routine.

1. keep working out at least 3 - 5 times a week.
2. walk my dogs at least 3 times a week
3. exercising carefulness in conversation
4. remembering to say grace before meals
5. FINDING SOMEONE TO KISS MIDNIGHT 2002!!!!!!

My resolutions are to:

Clean up my language (I can be really bad, unfortunately!).

Eat more mindfully.

Continue to workout consistently.

Live in the moment... enjoy the little things!

Try my new Cathe tapes and get the hang of her choreography... hopefully this time next year I'll have most of her videos!

Stop obsessing and depriving myself... if I REALLY want a cookie, eat one, enjoy it, and move on!!!
