New Years Challenge Nov 10

Good Morning Gals!
How is everyones day going? I just finished my breakfast a little while ago and I am still drinking my coffee.
Todays workout is going to be HST.I love that workout but I don't do it very often(thats probably why I like it so much).I also think that I am going to go heavy with the weights.
Eating as been really good lately.I am still having my treats but I am letting myself be hungry for a little while in the day and I go to bed on a empty stomach.For me, that is what makes the big difference if I lose weight or not.I am one of those who are constantly poking stuff in my mouth.Whenever I feel a hunger pain comming on...Im chewing.Its awful.By the time I have dinner ready,Im not hungry anymore b/c I have picked at every onuce of food in the cupboard.SHAME ON ME!
So I weighed myself today.I was 128 lbs.Normally I go from 129-132.Tomorrow I may be back up to 129.(digital scale)When I get down to 127,thats when I'll know that the weight is really comming off.
We may go to my SIL for the weekend.It will be pretty busy up there with 2 babies so I think eating and exercising will be under control.I find that whenever I have everything under control....I take a trip and everything goes down the tubes.
Anyway,I must get my workout started.Hope everyone has a good day!

Good Morning.....Today I think I will do Firm It Up, and a 1/2 hour cardio. I missed my workout yesterday, that is 3 I missed in the last week. I have just been very busy, and feeling very yucky. IO am starting to feel better now, but my back and neck has really been bothering me. I am falling apart!!!! I am not into the SS too much, but in that leg workout, she does not use weights, or very little, and maybe today that is just what I need. I have stuck completely to my Core Plan though, even with missed workouts. Hopefully yesterday was the last one I miss. Have a good day everyone!!!!!!

Hello,

I did ME this morning. It felt great. I have lost maybe 2 pounds because I have been so busy at work, that I haven't had time to eat. I don't want to regain what I've lost, but I do need to eat more. Any idea as to what I can do to keep it off, but increase my eating at the same time? My scale is off, but I think I'm between 116 and 117, shooting for 112-114 by the new year.

Hi everybody, I am feeling good about my weigh in tomorrow, I might be down 1 or 2 pounds. That's good for me because I have been cheating a little bit.

Missed my cathe workout yesterday. I did go for a 4 mile run. Today I am doing extra Cathe and some abs.

Hi everyone -

Hoping to do Imax this afternoon, but am feeling really pooped lately. Had a late Halloween pig out sitting at my desk just now - managed to do fine with the candy in here for 2 weeks, only to blow it now? I'm crazy! One reason to go with Flex, although I'm meeting a friend for a drink tonight, and now the only way to stay within my points limit will be basically to eat food with no points. I think I could possibly do that, although will likely be really hungry after Imax.

Getting my hair cut today by someone new. I hate that! Scary - I've had enough bad haircuts in the past for this to be really nerveracking (probably explains my turning to the chocolate!)

Hey, who owns Body Blast, and should I buy it?

I woke up late this morning and only had time for the KPC cardio drill premix. I'll either run/walk on my treadmill or do a low impact workout this evening. Whew! I go back to the gym tomorrow morning and I can't wait! :D

Lori S., how about having a "measured out" snack before making dinner. I eat my snack about 3 or 3:30 and get home about 5:00. It takes the edge off my hunger so I can make dinner and eat by 6:00. :)

Shopgirl: How about adding in an extra snack of some lean protein and a fruit?

Edited because FutureFitness Dynamo and myself posted at the same time, lol! Don't sweat the candy fest, just workout and eat extra well for the rest of the day. I own all of Cathe's workouts and BodyBlast has some great cardio. I love the step section of Step Jump Pump and Kick Punch Crunch is fun. HTH. I can't be objective because I'd buy anything Cathe came out with! :)

Thanks for the kind words! I did Imax and actually kicked butt! Only stopped it once! YAY!!! Now I have activity points to use up for the ones I wasted on candy...
 
Hi Guys.....I won't be checking in until late tomorrow. I have to get up and do my workout and meet my friend at the Mall to start Christmas shopping. I ended up doing L&G's/KPC 82 minute premix today. That is a good workout!!!! Tomorrow is cardio. Maybe I will do Imax 2, I haven't done that in awhile!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Sounds like everyone is doing well. The diet portion for me has been pretty steady and the H20 intake however I have been unable to workout due to my sciatic (spelling?) nerve. Wow - this was bad. Ever since I was pregnant 10 years ago it acts up from time to time. I felt it coming on late last week after I moved furniture. By Tuesday I couldn't even put any pressure on my left leg - the pain would bring me to my knees. SO - I decided to find a new Chiro. Just wasn't getting the results from my regular one. My girlfriend directed me to hers and she is awsome!!!!! I felt so much better. I was in there for almost an hour and half. I took today off and will try to start back tomorrow.

DH moved the rest of the furniture for me !!
