New workouts

Hi: I was wondering if any other Canadians have not received their workouts. This is the longest I have gone without getting them. Just curious.
 
Not in Canada, but are you talking about the new series? I would have thought you would have gotten them by now….Wow….
 
Yes Aqua Girl. It is the new series. I kept saying maybe next week and then nothing. I do not know if there is a problem at customs or what. I will check on Monday and if they are not in I will check with customer service first to make sure they were shipped. I am sure they probably were, but will check anyway.

I would send a mail to customer service. Just make sure to mention your order is an international one shipping to Canada.They will then track or at least provide you with a tracking number. I am sorry you have not had your LMR2 shipping yet.

My sister lives in Canada and I used to send her packages with USPS. Their shipping has gotten so much worse. I had one package sit at the Ohare post office facility for 20 days before it was released. The package was in transit for almost 2 months, mostly in the US. Once it crossed the border, it got delivered very quickly. Now I only send her things she can't get in Canada but only if I can ship them from Amazon. They get delivered in 2 to 3 days.

You might want to ask Cathe's customer service to hold on to one set of the LMRE DVDs just in case your package gets lost. Hopefully, you'll get it soon.
