Will the online users guide be included in the presale price or is this extra later? What if I don't preorder because I have Cathe on demand, can I still get the online users guide?

I'm thinking of pre-ordering... I can't do a lot of high impact, so I'm thinking of giving the high impact DVDs (Plyo Legs and Circuit HiiT Lower Body) to my sister. Will she be able to access the User Guide?
