New workouts are great!

Hi Cathe,

I just wanted to let you know that I am loving the new workouts. I reviewed them all and did High Intensity Step with back & chest. The time flew by. I am feeling it in my chest and back today (in a good way). I think that I will be using these workouts a lot.

And of course you and the crew look fabulous.
