As you can see, there is a lot of enthusiasm out here for the upcoming workouts. Are you as excited about them as we are?
Also, I know the creative process can be very stimulating, and was wondering if you get a "creative high" when you come up with new workouts. Or an "aha!" moment when some moves just click or something surprises you and works out better than you thought it would. Anything like that happen with previous workouts?
