I am new to the Cathe tapes but not new to weightlifting. I am 52, about 35 lbs. overweight. What tapes would you suggest, as a beginner?

Hello Mary Ann,
I am not Cathe, but she is currently making Dvds for beginner/intermed. Go to the home page and check it out. (She is having a Sale on these:) Good luck!

I suggest the PH/MIS/Body Max DVD. MIS is a good starting place for Cathe weight work. PH will offer you a challenging endurance workouts. And BM (unfortunate abbreviation!)is a very challenging cardio/weight workout that you can work up to.

Due to your current situation requiring low impact, I would suggest the Kick Punch & Crunch and Legs & Glutes DVD from the Body Blast Series. I have very mild plantar facilitis that is aggravated by doing step workouts. But Maximum Intesity Strength, Power Hour and Muscle Endurance are all outstanding weight workouts.

I'm so new that I had to figure out what the initals meant PH etc. But I figured it out. Thank you all so much for your advice.:D
