Kate--LOL on cow lard! My DH only drinks 2 percent. So I get me separate milk from the boys. Yay on your 5K! I'm jealous! I'm halfway there!
Wendy--So sorry for your shoulder pain! Hope the PT appointment goes well and they give you good news on your shoulder! Until then, watch the ibuprofen! Don't want an ulcer too!
Candra--I hate going to the library because I always am overdue and frantically have to search for books! I think we paid the salary of at least one librarian last year with our overdue fees!
Lisa--I hear you on the not dealing well with neediness. Unless you wear a diaper, I don't want to hear you whine!! My middle child is slowly learning how to be more independent. Slowly.
Sydney--YAY on the 5K! Your time is awesome! I'm MUCH MUCH slower!
Jess--I think cereal is fine... I read last week that you should eat your carbs early in the day. I eat them ALL day because I work out at night and neeeeeed a carb with dinner. I eat the Quaker High Fiber oatmeal for breakfast and sometimes some berries with wheat germ on them. I need mega fiber to function well. (TMI?) Hope your little one is doing well!

Well, I didn't work out yesterday because I was queazy all day and had other ... um... issues. Don't know what was wrong with me. I almost felt pregnant. LOL (A TOTAL impossibility thanks to the wonders of tubal ligation...) Anyway, I felt MUCH better today. took Henry to school, took Maggie (dog) to get groomed, went to Henry's school party, bought the boys end of school surprises, picked up Henry, etc. Henry's last day of preschool was today!! Oliver's last day is Thursday!!! WOOOT!!! I'll not know what to do with myself next week when I don't have to run errands/drive all over the place!! We're leaving for the beach on Saturday. Please pray for NO RAIN!!! I bought a swimsuit today. Major trauma. Major. Still looking like a Farside character. But I ran tonight, and did the Ab Circuits pilates-style abs, which was relaxing/nice, but didn't work my abs much. I'm too flexible for yoga/pilates to really work well. My one claim to fame. Sorry for the novel!! I hope you all have a great Wednesday!!!
