I would love another CTX series. The express idea works great for most of us busy moms. 10 - 15 minutes per body part per day is a great way to fit in exercise after you have a family. Your CTX series was pure genius! And another genius part 2 would be fabulous!

I so agree here! Short, intense cardios are hard to come by on the fitness market! On any day when the only workout I can fit in is a CTX cardio I can walk away still feeling good because that was a HARD 30 minutes that I know will make a difference!
I'd love to see another series like CTX with the short cardios + weights. And more Hi/Lo! :)
