I am a little confused. I preordered cathe's new videos, and i assumed they are not out yet. But, I did see one in the new Collage Video catalog. The new Low Impact is available. What does this mean?

That would probably be either 'Low Max" or "Low Impact Step," which are previous releases. "Low Impact Circuit' is, I think, what the new one will be called.

The new workouts haven't even been filmed yet.
