Hi Cathe
Well today I broke down and bought PH, Circut max, IM, S&H, and MIC. I currently have PS, CTX series, cardiokicks, bodymax & MIS.
Could you help me figure out a couple of different rotations using these video's. I want to lose only 5 to 8 pounds but gain lots of new muscle!!!
I have been doing the ctx series for the last three weeks.
Thank you in advance for your advise! I cant wait to get my new tapes!
 
Hi Didi! Here are a couple of rotations but keep in mind the possibilities are endless so feel free to mix and match.


ROTATION 1:

Monday: One of the three S&H tapes (plus an optional BRISK 20 minute minuted walk)

Tuesday: Interval Max

Wed: Another S&H tape (preferrably not the one that has legs so you can recover)

Thursday: MIC

Friday: Cardio kicks

Sat: The last of the three S&H tapes plus a 30 minute walk/run workout.

Sun: OFF


ROTATION 2


Monday: Circuit Max

Tuesday: Power Hour

Wed: MIC

Thurs: Bodymax (leave out the upper body weight section)

Friday: Power Hour

Sat: Imax

Sun: off
