New videos....practice

Dear Cathe,

I was just wondering if you practice moves from your new videos with the classes you teach? Also, have you ever written anything on what it takes to make a new video?

Hi Debbie! Yes, I like to use my classes for my experimental "lab work". Sometimes they leave the lab looking like "drowned rats" and other times looking like "confused rats". But either way we have fun.

No, I actually have not written anything thing on making a video but have spoken with others considering taking this step or who have already taken the step in detail.
