Help I am a Firm defector that has just purchased the Intensity Series on DVD. Last night I tried the IMAX2 and could barely get past the fourth interval. Is this normal for new users to Cathe's workouts? I have been doing the FIRM forever and have had no problem. But with Cathe's workout, I found the choreography to be really complex. I was constantly doing the wrong move. Obviously, after sinking all this money into the DVDs, I don't want to abandon them and I have been reading how her workouts really can help you break out of your plateau, which I need desparately to do. To all of you long-timers - please send any suggestions you may have on how I can make it through this introductory phase. Thanks a bunch!
