Hello everyone. I have recently purchased Rythmic Step, Interval Max, Body Max, Curcuit Max, Step Heat, and Maximum Intensity Strength. I am doing well with learning the moves and am excited because I have a lot to work toward with these videos. I am going to try this rotation unless anyone has another suggestion:
M: Circuit Max
T: Interval Max
W: MIS
Th: Step Heat
F: Cardio along with continuing to learn RS
S: Body Max
Sun: Rest
This week I did the following:
M: Body Max(some of RS to learn the moves)
T: Step Heat(some of RS)
W: Circuit Max(some of RS)
Th: MIS
F: Step Heat
S: Interval Max
Sun: Rest
Are these okay for a total body rotation? If so, how long should I use the same rotation? Also, what Cathe videos should be my next purchase? I wnat to keep up a lot of cardo and build lean muscle. Thanks to anyone who can help! I absolutely love these workouts! Cathe is the best!
