New User - How to Rotate Cathe Videos

Hello everyone. I have recently purchased Rythmic Step, Interval Max, Body Max, Curcuit Max, Step Heat, and Maximum Intensity Strength. I am doing well with learning the moves and am excited because I have a lot to work toward with these videos. I am going to try this rotation unless anyone has another suggestion:
M: Circuit Max
T: Interval Max
W: MIS
Th: Step Heat
F: Cardio along with continuing to learn RS
S: Body Max
Sun: Rest

This week I did the following:
M: Body Max(some of RS to learn the moves)
T: Step Heat(some of RS)
W: Circuit Max(some of RS)
Th: MIS
F: Step Heat
S: Interval Max
Sun: Rest

Are these okay for a total body rotation? If so, how long should I use the same rotation? Also, what Cathe videos should be my next purchase? I wnat to keep up a lot of cardo and build lean muscle. Thanks to anyone who can help! I absolutely love these workouts! Cathe is the best!

I would suggest cutting down on cardio and adding more weight training. I know you said you'd like to keep up the cardio, but the intensity of the videos you have is so high, that you don't need to do cardio so often. Have you thought about omitting one of the cardio days and doing MIS again? Doing BodyMax, Imax, and Circuit Max all in one week is quite a challenge! Maybe this might suit your needs:

Mon. MIS
Tue. Imax
Wed. MIS
Thu. a lower intensity cardio such as Rhythmic Step or Step Heat
Fri. Body Max cardio and circuit segment
Sat. Practice of Rhythmic Step and the upperbody segment of Body Max
Sun. Rest

You can also split MIS in half and do the lower body and Step Heat or a practice session of Rhythmic Step one day and then the upperbody segment of MIS the next day (with another practice of Rhythmic Step if you feel you need it). I also suggest doing whichever rotation you decide on for at least 4 weeks. This will show you what is working for your body and it will also get you acclimated with the moves and choreography of that set of videos. Hope this helps!
