I am new to your video workouts. I have been working out with them on Fit TV. They are a challange. I was interested in possibly purchasing some of them for home use. But was lost when I saw how many you have to choose from. Do you have an overall workout regiment you use, such as aerobic, strength training schedule? What DVD set would reccomend for an over all workout schedule. Currently I try to do weight training 3 times weekly. I prefer low impact aerobic activity.

Obviously I'm not Cathe! With her gym opening, she may not be around much.

I would suggest posting your question in the DVD Question forum. There is also a rotation forum that may give you some ideas for your own workouts.
