new to workout manager

Hi all!

I can't seem to navigate the workout manager calendar section. When a workout is created for a month, it shows up on my calendar but how do I play the video?

The Workout Manager has nothing to do with playing videos. It's only used to track,record and schedule workouts. If you're a subscriber, to play our Ondemand videos you have to first click on our OnDemand link on our Cathe.com home page and then log into your account, if you haven't already done so, then click on view videos and select the video you want to watch or workout to.
