Hi everyone. I am new to this site. I just discovered Cathe a couple of weeks ago while watching the Discovery Health Channel on TV. I had my second baby this past summer and really want to tone up. I have never been much on exercising, but I did the 30 min workout with Cathe on TV and I loved it! The descriptions on her videos say that they are advanced. I am probably not up to the advanced level yet, so I was wondering if she had one out that was a little less intense.
