Clinton Township

Hi Elizabeth,
Now I am curious where Clinton Township is in Michigan? I grew up in Indiana and we went into Michigan once in a while. That is funny that we both live in a Clinton.

I am going to check out that website you mentioned. I seem to be able to increase my distance much easier than my mile time.
I am doing the CTX series on the days I don't run. I do two tapes on those days. They are really fun. I am on my third week doing them and I am noticing an increase in strength. It feels great.

Michigan

Hi again Beverly! Clinton Township is a suburb about 25 min. north of Detroit. We're right next to Mt. Clemens, which is where Selfridge Air National Guard base is located. (Being in the service, you MIGHT know where this is, or not!)
