New to the forum

Hi-
I thought I'd introduce myself first. I'm Amy from Ohio & have been doing Cathe tapes for about 2 months now and am absolutly amazed with the results I've seen in that short amount of time. I have all her DVDs, but none of the older tapes. Will they be released on DVD any time soon? I also do the Firm, yoga, pilates & jog on my treadmill.

This is a great forum! If I remember correctly the older workouts are going to come out on DVD eventually, but there isn't a planned timeframe for this yet.

I used to live in Sylvania for a time, and also in Toledo for a short while.

Isn't Cathe great? I too saw amazing results the first 2 months I worked out with her. Never looked back!

I'm just down 71 in Delaware. I'm orginally from Loudonville though & know Mansfield well! I've spent many days at the Richland mall. What ever happened to the Kingsgate? Did it close?
