Congrats on your beautiful baby boy!!
I just started exercising about 3 weeks ago mainly doing Step Jam around 4 or 5 times a week. I love it!! Great Video!! Now, I'm wanting to add some weights. I'd love to hear what you'd suggest as far as how often to do step and weights, alternate days?, which video you'd suggest for weights, any other tips.
I need to be careful not to damage my knees, they get a bit achy after step. I've had some back pain in the last few months also.
I'm not trying to lose weight (I weigh a bit less than I've heard I should for my height (5'4")) but need to get in shape. I'm a mom of a 6 yr old son and 4 year old daughter so I'd need all the energy I can muster

P.S. I've tried a couple other step videos but haven't seen any I like nearly as much as Step Jam, you are my fav already!!
