I am new to Cathe. I have recently been doing Jari Love, which I love. But, I would like to mix it up and have a few more videos in my rotation for muscle toning. I do cardio 4 days a week and do a video two days. I would like a full body workout. I was thinking of buying the muscle max since I can do UP and LB on the same day... I only have about an hour a day to workout. I am a single mom with limited time in my day. I was looking into the pyramids but it looks like you have to buy alot of equipment for that one (bar, high step, stability ball)....I do own a step and dumbbells already...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
