Hi. I just stumbled onto this forum having done a Google search about P90X. I am on week 8 of P90X and am looking forward to what I will do once the 90 days are done. I have never heard of Cathe before and am seeking out suggestions for her BEST workouts. I do not want to get 20 different dvds only to find out I can't stand them. So, what would be the best way to get introduced to her and get A REALLY, REALLY TOUGH workout. I do not want to lose all of the gains I have made on P90X but the 7 days a week over one hour day thing is killing me with my work and kid schedule! Plus, do I really need to get a step? It just reminds me of my workout days in the 80's
Also, I just have to say after reading another thread comparing P90x to a new Cathe workout that I am amazed at the people who say that the P90X leg workouts are weak! The plyox gets me every time (my heart rate up my legs burning)! And the one legged wall stands? Tough! You all must have legs of steel for it to be easy!!
