New to Cathe

I am fairly new to Cathe. I have her Basic Step and Body Fusion which I really like and use on a regular basis. My fitness level is intermediate and I am in my fifties. Is anyone else out there around my age and using Cathe? I am interested in which DVD to purchase next. I am also interested in weight training for upper and lower body to prevent bone loss.

Hi Ariel, welcome to the Cathe boards! There's lots of us in our 50's here, so you're not alone! The next DVD to get after BS/BF is Low Impact Step/Total Body Sculpting. Other, more intermediate type workouts, include Cardio & Weigths (has IMAX2 on it the DVD which is a bit more difficult) which is a circuit but with premixes for straight cardio or strenght, Super Sets and Push/Pull for weight lifting, and if you have a high step: High Step Circuit. After you've done those for awhile, you're pretty much ready for anything. Have fun! Deb
