New to cathe

I'm new to Cathe and I'm really loving her workouts! I have Power Max and Imax 2. Both are great. Step Heat is on it's way to me too! I started with Cathe mainly to add some good cardio to my mostly Firm workouts. Now, I'm thinking about getting a Cathe weights tape. I was looking at Body max or Maximum Intesnity Strength or Power Hour. What do you Cathe veterans suggest? I'l take other suggestions too. Cardio and Weights is another possiblilty.

If you have a DVD player, get the Power Hour+ DVD which includes MIS & BodyMax. If you don't have a DVD, then seriously consider getting one! I'm only half joking because the chaptering & premix options in Cathe's newer DVD's are incredible.

If you're going with VHS, look at the reviews for the Pyramids and the Pure Strength workouts, along with MIS. I think your next purchase should be a pure strength training workout rather than a hybrid like C&W. Pure Strength is older but it's a gem (as is MIS). MIS is a total body routine that could easily be split into upper & lower body, while Pure Strength is a 3 day split. Cathe's cueing & form pointers are excellent in both. The Pyramids are newer with a little less instruction but it's still a fun gym style workout that would be an excellent purchase.
